Early morning is the magic hour on the shores of the lake. There is silence, peace, tranquility and mystery. I found myself moving on tiptoe so as not to disturb the mood but my camera was clicking away.
This photo taken along the southern shore of Lake Superior in MIchigan.
This image was captured on the shores of Lake Superior in Michigan early in the morning before most of the world was up and about. The mirror-like appearance of the lake, the misty fog and the stillness of the scene had a magic quality about it.
