I am in a bit a quandary regarding this order. I have not received it. The UPS tracking shows it coming to Canada then going to California. I have not been able to contact UPS as they only seem to want to hear from US addresses. Fine Art America has not been of any assistance in getting me connected with my order. As a result of this experience, I do not plan on ordering anything more from this supplier. Too bad, there are a lot of nice things on their website. If this matter gets sorted out, I will update this review. Update: my order eventually arrived and I am quite happy with it.

I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I haven't done the puzzle yet but I was very pleased with the speed it was sent. The puzzle itself is brilliant I only wish I were able to find Linda Carruth's puzzles in England
This view of beautiful downtown Cincinnati, Ohio was photographed shortly before sunset on a lovely spring day. It is seen from Devou Park, across the Ohio River in Covington, Kentucky. The Carew Tower is the brown building on the left. The PNC Tower is to the right of it. The tall building to the right of the image is the Great American Building.
Flowing through the center of the image is the Ohio River which is a major transportation hub because it is 981 miles long, starting at the confluence of the Allegheny and the Monongahela Rivers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and ending in Cairo, Illinois, where it flows into the Mississippi River. Therefore it is not unusual to see barges transporting the river.
Near the center is Paul Brown Stadium where the Cincinnati Bengals play their games. To the far right is The Great American Ball Park where the Cincinnati Reds play.
